In this session, we will hear what experts anticipate the marketing technology landscape to look like in 2020 and take a look at megatrends including changes in customer expectations, potential giant changes in retail, distribution and digital marketing.

Sessions are moderated by Jim D'Orazio, instructor at Cleveland State University and President of Practical Web Strategies. Jim teaches courses in strategic online marketing, marketing strategy and corporate social responsibility at the Monte Ahuja College of Business.
